Purchase Assistance Program provides assistance with the purchase of single family homes for homeownership. The homes are acquired and developed by EOC of Suffolk, Inc. and sold to qualified first time homebuyers.  Eligible first time homebuyers may be eligible for a grant subsidies to use towards the purchase of these homes.
